Strategic Reviews.
The initial brief doesn't always tell the whole story. What people say, what the evidence shows, and what happens in practice can be quite different.
I carry out independent strategic reviews for digital, creative technology, arts and culture, and experiences. I connect those perspectives to help you see the opportunities and make more confident decisions.

What I do.
Talk to the people involved. Examine existing research and evaluation. Observe experiences and operations where useful. Consider audiences. Test assumptions. Apply critical thinking. Bring cross-sector case studies. Then identify and communicate practical priorities and options.
You might need a focused view of one question or a review across teams and sites. We'll agree the scope and outputs first.
Relevant work.
Science Museum Group: A strategic review of technology in galleries and exhibitions across four national museums, drawing together staff consultation, visitor evaluation, site observation, and external examples to inform briefing, scoping, and investment.
BCU STEAMhouse: A review of the innovation and incubator lab's associate network and engagement strategy to inform future activity and development.
Gousto: A strategic review of collaborative training experiences with immersive technologies. I originated the client relationship and lead the review whilst fractional Strategy Lead role at Juice Immersive.
Ways of working together.
A strategic review can be a quick turnaround engagement with a focused question, or a more in-depth investigation across multiple sites, strands, and activities. They can be before major decisions, or after recent activity. Green Raven is flexible and can engage at the stage you are at while giving advice on the best format for explorartion.
