Projects.
Green Raven offers two core services: Strategic Review and Field Guide. One is for setting the route, the other is for staying on track.

Strategic Reviews are focused projects that surface insights from your teams, develop actionable strategies, align your people, identify opportunities, and inform the delivery of your projects and initiatives. They take 8-12 weeks and you get decision-making clarity and confidence. Book a call.

Field Guide is a project support service. Plans are underway but you want help guiding the work, adjusting strategy, tweaking the approach, and bolstering creative and technical decision-making. In short, it's flexible guidance as you go. Book a call.

Work with us and you'll be working directly with Ian Ravenscroft, Founder and Director of Green Raven. Ian is an experienced creative industries expert with a background that spans digital, broadcast, media, creative production, arts and culture, interactive, and animation.

Ian brings 20 years of insight, connections, and an established network from projects that mix innovative approaches to creativity. audiences, and technology. He has worked at BBC Three and the BBC's Digital Guerrilas creative innovation team, as well as driving change and creativity in BAFTA, RTS, and BIMA-award winning studios.

Ian's specialism is turning complex dynamics and challenges into clear, coherent directions everyone can get behind, zooming in and out to ensure the bigger picture is served by the detail.

Strategic Review
Projects involving creative technologies can feel overwhelming. "Where do I start?" "Am I making good decisions?"

Strategic Reviews develop project-level strategies that reduce risk, highlight opportunities, and lay the groundwork for successful ideas and initiatives.
We work as fresh eyes to discover the insights in your teams, involve your people, and connect siloed departments to build confidence and alignment around your vision.

Who are they suited to?
Museums, galleries, arts, culture and heritage organisations, venues, festivals, funding bodies... Usually anyone with projects and audiences.

How long do they take?
6-12 weeks, depending on your team size and project scope

How much do they cost?
It's tiered, but likely under your procurement threshold.

Field Guide
You're starting a creative technology project, but how do you avoid costly diversions and stay on course?

Field Guide is our ongoing support service that gives you an external view to guide projects as they develop.

You've mapped the route, but now you need to stay on the right track and adjust as you hit bumps in the road.

Use it as executive mentoring, team sounding board, or critical friend... Field Guide helps point the way.

Who is it for?
Anyone with a project to deliver, and decisions to make. Especially in arts, culture, heritage, and media.

How long does it take?
Field Guide runs alongside your project. It could be a few targeted days or regular, recurring milestones.

How much does it cost?
Field Guide works off a daily rate, so it's flexible.

Everything Else
And of course, there's always room for wild cards.

Green Raven has been involved in lots of one-off projects, interesting side quests, mentoring, consultancy, talks, panels, programmes, bids, funding calls, and everything in between.

If you have an idea that doesn't fit into our other services, we'd be very happy to chat.
